Appointments with our therapists have been set at $150.00 per each 50 minute therapy session. We accept Visa, Mastercard, debit, e-transfer and cash for payment. Fees are paid at the time of each scheduled appointment. Twenty-four (24) hour notice is required for any cancellations. The full hourly rate will be charged for any missed appointments without the required twenty-four (24) hour notice and will be paid prior to booking another therapy session.
Payment is due at the beginning of each session and can be made by e-mail money transfer – cash and cheques are not being accepted at this time. Receipts are provided upon payment via e-mail and may be submitted to your extended benefits plan for reimbursement.
We do not direct bill to insurance companies. We will provide clients with a paid receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement pending your coverage. Please inquire with regard to other provincial or federal agencies referrals to determine coverage.
