Me Family Therapy & Resource Center is a private group practice and we do not require a doctor's referral to book an appointment with one of our registered counselling therapists. Contact us to get started.

Our services are not covered by Nova Scotia's provincial health coverage, MSI (Medical Services Insurance). However, we are covered by most insurance providers. See here for more info.

Street parking is available on Inglis Place.
There is also a parking lot behind our building off of Forrester St.
Enter ME Family Therapy from the Forrester St. entrance, go through the doors at Atlantic Fabrics and there is a door to the left with an elevator. -
Our hours vary by practitioner.
Appointments are available Monday through Friday, with some availability on evenings and weekends.

We believe in a collaborative approach between therapist and client and employ one or multiple types of therapy to help you work though the challenges you're facing.

Sessions vary from 1 hour to 1.5 hours, depending on the approach.

During your first session, you'll meet your therapist and create a plan for how to successfully reach your mental health goals.
Your therapist believes that you are the expert on your own life and they are willing to assist you on that journey.
