Fees

Appointments are $160 per one-hour session. 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, debit, e-transfer and cash. Payment is due at the end of each session. 

Our 24-hour cancellation policy:

We require 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.  

Clients will be charged the full appointment rate for a missed appointment. We also charge the full appointment rate for failure to provide 24 hours cancellation notice. Fees must be paid prior to booking a new session. 

Insurance

We can now directly bill some insurance companies.

Our therapy services are covered under most workplace health and benefits packages. A doctor's referral is not required to book an appointment with us, but clients may require a doctor's referral for insurance coverage.

Upon payment, we provide receipts via email that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement depending on your coverage.

We can directly bill the following insurance companies:

  • Blue Cross

Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) program for First Nations and Inuit clients:

We are enrolled in the NIHB program as mental health service providers.

We directly bill for clients enrolled in the NIHB program.
