Stacy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology & Psychology from University of New Brunswick, St. John, N.B., and her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, from Yorkville University, Fredericton, NB. She is a Registered Counselling Therapist – Candidate (RCT-C) with the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists (NSCCT).
Stacy has over twelve years of experience working with individuals are facing adversities. Stacy’s main areas of focus are with addiction, individuals facing racial injustice, have faced sexual trauma and complex trauma, and suffering grief. Stacy uses Narrative therapy, Exposure therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) as her main therapeutic orientations. Stacy is passionate about helping the individuals in her community.
